JOB DESCRIPTION
Front Office Supervisor

Department I Can Read Centers
Direct Report To Senior Sales Manager (SSM), Operation Manager (OM)
Dual reporting to Center Manager

Responsibilities

  • Plan and work with SSM & OM for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activities to drive sales.
  • Monitor daily sales performance.
  • Monitor conversion rate (visitors – placement tests – sales) daily.
  • Follow up bookings daily.
  • Monitor telesales activities at the centre.
  • Monitor sales and care team in their customer care tasks to ensure professionalism.
  • Conduct Workshop/Training for team members.
  • Arrange staff working schedule.
  • Complete weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc reports.
  • Verify weekly and monthly new sales reports.
  • Verify Non-standard Working Hours Report.
  • Review Unearned Revenue Reports and act on outstanding payments.

Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid conversational English.

  • Familiar with MS Office.

Other requirements

  • Vietnamese with college or bachelor degree (Business Administration preferred).
  • Experience in administration and customer service (sales preferred).
  • Management experience of teams of 2+ is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Comfortable with commission-based bonus structure.
  • Experience managing international/multi-cultural young teams.
  • Experience in the education industry is preferred.
