Front Office Supervisor
Department I Can Read Centers
Direct Report To Senior Sales Manager (SSM), Operation Manager (OM)
Dual reporting to Center Manager
Responsibilities
- Plan and work with SSM & OM for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activities to drive sales.
- Monitor daily sales performance.
- Monitor conversion rate (visitors – placement tests – sales) daily.
- Follow up bookings daily.
- Monitor telesales activities at the centre.
- Monitor sales and care team in their customer care tasks to ensure professionalism.
- Conduct Workshop/Training for team members.
- Arrange staff working schedule.
- Complete weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc reports.
- Verify weekly and monthly new sales reports.
- Verify Non-standard Working Hours Report.
- Review Unearned Revenue Reports and act on outstanding payments.

Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Solid conversational English.

- Familiar with MS Office.
Other requirements
- Vietnamese with college or bachelor degree (Business Administration preferred).
- Experience in administration and customer service (sales preferred).
- Management experience of teams of 2+ is a plus.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Comfortable with commission-based bonus structure.
- Experience managing international/multi-cultural young teams.
- Experience in the education industry is preferred.
