Job Purpose / Mục tiêu công việc
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities and duties

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
  • Directly screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with managers.
  • Identify and source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment networks.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for key and future positions.
  • Handle recruitment for specialized roles when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all staff.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Report weekly recruitment progress and hiring status to HR Manager.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and recommend improvements.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Prepare job offers, contracts, and coordinate onboarding procedures.
  • Assist in probation evaluation follow-up and documentation.
  • Update recruitment records and monthly HR reports.
  • Conduct induction training for new employees.
  • Support in organizing internal communication and company culture activities.
  • Assist HR Manager in handling employee relations or labor issues.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in education or service industries.
  • Familiarity with ATS, HR software, and online job platforms.
  • Experience in interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism with confidential information.

Working Hours & Location
44 hrs/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
